The second firing, and the wobble has moved out of the walls and into the imagination. The bubble experiment of batch one grows into a whole pond ecosystem — Lily Pond, The Deep End, Nebula, Queen Anne's Lace — four moods from one mischievous technique. The palette finds dessert (Affogato, Pistachio Swirl), the coast (Sandbar, The Shallows, Waterline), and true deep water (Inkwell, Blue Hour, Stone's Throw). Forms get braver too: a top-heavy vase that balances anyway, a pot in its Sunday collar, a cauldron sized for modest spells. And somewhere in the middle of it all, one mug came off the wheel so perfectly it can never be made again. Twenty pieces: confidence, fired — including two that wandered off before the roll was called and only recently strolled back in, entirely unbothered.
