Blue Hour

Batch 2

Inside is the deep end of evening: glossy navy circling down in rings, dark as the sky ten minutes after sunset. But carry it toward a window and it wakes — this blue was made to shine in sunlight, and it does, like the last light landing on deep water. Outside, the navy spills over a cream rim in slow slicks, with a hazy blue band rolling around the lower walls like weather coming in.
