Little Horizon

Batch 1

A pocket-sized landscape: a rust-red sky settles over a ribbon of cobalt sea, which rolls up against a shore of soft sage below. Where the bands meet, the sky leaks a little into the sea — the kiln got dreamy mid-firing — and inside glows a toffee-cream dawn. Set it on a windowsill and squint: you can almost hear the gulls.
